Earlier this week, U.S. Soccer and Deloitte announced a multi-year agreement that will see Deloitte become the Official Professional Services Provider for the U.S. Soccer Federation and the Foundational Sponsor of SheBelieves. The partnership brings together two organizations with a shared vision of empowering the next generation and highlights their commitment to forging positive change and providing opportunities for young women.

The deal sees Deloitte become the title sponsor of the second annual U.S. Soccer SheBelieves Summit – an event that showcases a diverse group of innovative women driving progress in various industries, including sports, business, technology, and entertainment. Open to 200 college students, Summit attendees will be able to hear from several key speakers, including mutliple current and former U.S. Women’s National Team members, as well as:

  • Safra Catz – Oracle CEO
  • Ibtihaj Muhammad – U.S. Olympic Fencer
  • Katie Sowers – San Francisco 49ers Offensive Assistant
  • Rosemary St. Clair – VP/GM Global Nike Women
  • Erin Magee – Head of Development, Special Projects & Production at Supreme

In addition to becoming the title sponsor of the Summit, Deloitte will also be participating in the SheBelieves Internship Program in 2020. Select candidates who attend the Summit will have the opportunity to interview for Deloitte’s own internship program. In a Women’s World Cup year, it’s no surprise to see brands turn to properties like U.S. Soccer and commit to the growth and development of the next group of female leaders.
