Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the future home of Atlanta United FC (along with the Atlanta Falcons of the NFL and multiple major events in college football and basketball), announced a first-of-its-kind concessions pricing for fans who attend all events.
The most-popular items will all be priced between $2 – $6 and will allow a family of four to consume a typical game day meal for $28. Increased point of sales and freestanding machines (for the $2 non-alcoholic beverage refills) will help improve efficiency, as well the pricing included all taxes.
It will be interesting to see if future stadiums (or current ones) adopt similar pricing models in order to entice fans.
