The past 18 months has seen a huge uptick in interest in soccer in the States and we don’t have to go far for evidence. You can look at the Women’s World Cup ratings, last summer’s Men’s World Cup, and now Major League Soccer attendance to see the sports continued growth. Two of the top three average Team attendances in the league are expansion teams: Orlando City and New York City. The Seattle Sounders, however, remain king.
