Recently the New York Times took an in-depth look at the work Stephan Ross has done creating the International Champions Cup (ICC). The ICC now spans three countries on three continents and continues to grow each and every year since it’s inception. Last night 93,000 supporters packed into the Rose Bowl to set a U.S. soccer record for the most people in attendance of a match involving an MLS team. Those supporters saw a Luiz Suarez led Barca win in a 2-1 victory over Stevie G’s new team, the LA Galaxy.
