Fantasy sports have been around for several decades now and they’ve grown in popularity with the introduction of daily fantasy sports (DFS). Fantasy football is undoubtedly the most popular form of fantasy sports, but fantasy soccer is on the rise.
37 percent of soccer fans have played fantasy soccer via a league or DFS. 31 percent of fantasy soccer activity happens on sports media outlets like ESPN and Yahoo making it the most-used outlet.
