Does anyone like driving in LA traffic? No, no they don’t. With the Los Angeles Galaxy playing their home matches at the StubHub Center in Carson – 20 miles from downtown – and with fans spread throughout the greater LA metro area, fans have to rely on driving to home matches.
Enter Uber, the popular ride-sharing app. The Galaxy have partnered with Uber “to provide dedicated transportation to and from all LA Galaxy matches at StubHub Center. The Galaxy are the first club in Major League Soccer and the first team in Los Angeles to partner with Uber.
This partnership is a win-win to me as it allows fans to easy transportation to the stadium and they don’t have to worry about driving themselves. It also helps the Galaxy offer a better fan experience to fans, who can get dropped off at an exclusive access point to the stadium and not deal with the hassles of parking.
