Copa America Centenario Gains Two Major Sponsors

This summer’s Copa America Centenario – the biggest soccer tournament the United States has hosted since the 1994 FIFA World Cup – gained a pair of major sponsors today with the announcement of Anheuser-Busch InBev and Delta Air Lines.

Both of the major sponsorship deals will allow the sponsors to use the tournament logo in their marketing efforts. With the tournament kicking off in about two months time, it will be interesting in seeing what marketing activations they come up with in the time remaining.

They’ll join Nike Inc., Coca-Cola Co., Sprint Corp. and State Farm Insurance as current sponsors of the event.

Bloomberg first reported the details of the sponsorship agreement.
