    Gilt Edge Soccer Marketing LLC is a progressive and energetic brand marketing agency with the sole focus of connecting brands to soccer consumers in the U.S. We strive each and every day to provide our clients with deep soccer consumer insights, creative marketing solutions, and unmatched activation commitment.  We are looking for a Digital Account Coordinator to support the management of our social publishing activity.

    What you’ll do:

    As Digital Account Coordinator, you’ll help position, develop and manage social media accounts catering our message to the US audience.

    • Community Management
      • Manage, monitor and engage in conversations over all social channels
      • Assist in the acquisition of new followers and fans across all social channels
      • Support the development of the voice, social guidelines and strategy for social channels
    • Content
      • Assist in the planning, creation and posting of content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter (among others)
      • Grow and manage a network of content contributors that will assist in the creation of game day and some non-game day content development
      • Help manage and develop a strategic 24/7/365 content calendar for all social channels
    • Organizational Liaison
      • Analyze and evaluate social media metrics to optimize performance
      • Provide ongoing program assessment, feedback, and thought leadership to ensure continual improvement in Agency execution
      • Assist in the development and execution of all social and digital content
      • Additional responsibilities as assigned

    Skills you will need:

    We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, motivated, self-starter who excels in a small team environment.

    • 1+ years of experience
    • Experience in managing social media communication
    • Experience working in advertising & marketing environment
    • Understanding of creative process
    • Passionate about providing outstanding digital content for fan engagement and consumption
    • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
    • Knowledge and passion for US and International Soccer
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Keen attention to detail and process development
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications

    Gilt Edge Soccer Marketing LLC is a progressive and energetic brand marketing agency with the sole focus of connecting brands to soccer consumers in the U.S.  We strive each and every day to provide our clients with deep soccer consumer insights, creative marketing solutions, and unmatched activation commitment.  We are looking for a Digital Account Producer to oversee multiple projects across multiple clients, transforming project briefs into compelling digital content. A true blend of conceptualizing and executing.

    What you’ll do:

    The Digital Account Producer role encompasses many important aspects of project success:

    • Create insightful concepts, narratives and storyboards
    • Pitch and present to clients at a variety of levels and functions
    • Foster the teamwork necessary to produce complex, integrated, multi-disciplinary executions
    • Oversee content shoots, video edits and design treatments developed for digital platforms
    • Consider SEO and performance marketing fundamentals into relevant outputs
    • Publish content across owned digital and social platforms
    • Ensure all content continually meets client strategy and budget requirements

    Responsibilities of the Digital Account Producer include, but are not limited to:

    • Collaborate as part of a small, agile team producing original video, illustrations and social media content
    • Drive ownable project from script to shoot to edit and delivery
    • Immerse yourself in the client’s business intersecting with related brands of soccer
    • Partner closely with Account Coordinators, Project Managers and any external talent to maintain a clear, authentic voice across all content and channels
    • Help edit content for social channels, with a clear understanding of how users engage with social creative across formats and platforms
    • Help develop and edit repeatable processes for other GESM teammates
    • Stay on top of many social and digital channels to identify content that will appeal to target audiences
    • Manage, monitor and engage in conversations over all social channels
    • Analyze and evaluate social media metrics to optimize performance
    • Provide ongoing program assessment, feedback, and thought leadership to ensure continual improvement in Agency execution

    Skills you will need:

    • Thrives in live production settings, comfortable as a lead producer or plugged-in as part of a team
    • Strong journalistic skills, including news judgement, research, writing and editing

    Gilt Edge Soccer Marketing LLC is a progressive and energetic brand marketing agency focused on engaging soccer consumers in the U.S.  Our clients include corporate brands, international soccer leagues and teams, and media companies. We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Event Manager working on the development and execution of experiential projects for various clients.

    What you’ll do:

    • Create and manage all aspects of an event from planning through to execution and reporting
    • Apply best practice insights to elevate event presentation concepts and execution performance
    • Oversee creation of assets including signage, tents & footprint structures, & décor assets
    • Identify and manage third-party vendors
    • Develop all event execution materials including run-of-show, sitemaps, staffing timelines, etc.
    • Create and administer accountability procedures for all aspects of the event
    • Perform responsibilities of event manager on-site at events
    • Direct staff, coordinate logistics, steer activation set-up, schedule storage and shipping
    • Develop and execute contingency plans based on potential occurrences
    • Prepare, manage, and track event budgets
    • Deliver measurable results to the client and provide post-event reporting and ROI analysis

    Skills you will need:

    • 2-3 years’ professional experiential and event activation experience
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Strong project management skills with adherence to timeline and budget constraints
    • Keen attention to detail and adherence to established process
    • Ability to problem solve on your feet
    • Knowledge and passion for soccer
    • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing /communications
    • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred – not required
    • Willingness and interest to travel and work nonstandard hours including select weekends
