What you’ll do:
- Outreach directly via email and phone to youth soccer clubs nationwide to secure participation in a GESM client-initiated youth soccer program. Note – all outreach is to engaged recipients – this is not a cold call sales initiative
- Manage all ongoing communications with participating youth clubs
- Liaise with internal creative / graphic design team for the development of customized marketing assets for each participating youth club
- Traffic digital media assets to individual youth clubs
- Ensure youth club compliance and asset integration
- Enter all communication details into a master database
- Participate in the development and execution of national experiences for select youth club players
- Develop project management materials including status reports, agendas, activation performance reports
Skills you will need:
- Passion for integrated marketing including experiential, digital & social media, & promotional marketing
- Knowledge and passion for domestic and international soccer
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to established process
- Outstanding organization and project management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing / communications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred – not required
Preferably this position will be based in Chicago, IL, however, remote candidates will also be considered.
