Zlatan leads 2018 list of best-selling MLS jerseys

To nobody’s surprise, LA Galaxy’s Zlatan Ibrahimovic has topped the list of best-selling jerseys on MLSstore.com for 2018, which is another achievement on his spectacular 22 goals and 10 assist inaugural season in MLS.

Another designated player in the city of Los Angeles, LAFC’s Carlos Vela took the number two spot.

And continuing the trend of non-shocking news, Atlanta United led all MLS teams with five jerseys in the top 25 – Almiron, Barco, Martinez, Nagbe, and Villalba.

Fascinatingly, the list includes players from thirteen different countries: Sweden (Ibrahimovic), Mexico (Vela, dos Santos), Venezuela (Martinez), England (Rooney, Wright-Phillips, Dwyer), Paraguay (Almiron), Germany (Schweinsteiger), Spain (Villa), Italy (Giovinco), United States (Dempsey, Altidore, Arriola, Zusi, Roldan, Nagbe), Argentina (Barco, Valeri, Villalba, Acosta), Uruguay (Rossi), Canada (Davies), and Colombia (Quintero, Chara).

The United States has the most players on the list, with six. USA International/Sporting Kansas City defender Graham Zusi is the only player on the list to appear for the past five seasons.
